Senior HR Executive

Location: Tampines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
• Support the HR Manager in overseeing HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll processing, training, workforce planning, and employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Oversee attendance tracking, leave administration, and timesheet verification.
• Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs to enhance employee engagement.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights for process improvements and employee satisfaction.
• Lead and implement employee welfare initiatives.
• Collaborate with ESG & Safety consultants to drive workplace safety initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate with external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of security services in line with company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates with RBA & Security experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in leading and mentoring juniors preferred.
