Job Highlights:

Nearest MRT: Labrador Park

Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: up to $3,450 per month

Contract duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

 

Job descriptions:

• Provide administrative support to the team for the programme application and selection cycle such as support for offer and award etc. 
• Manage queries for the companies during the programme period.
• Support the scholarship team on scholars’ management such as assessing and processing course, claims and allowances and queries.
• Prepare administrative documents such as consolidation of applicants’ profile, portfolio photos and help with the shortlisting of candidates and facilitation of networking events.
• Provide support for events such as scholarship fairs, open days, company visits award ceremony, onboarding of new scholars.
• Assist with marketing and publicity of programmes of events.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
