Front Desk / Receptionist (Goft Club) - #1089419

Our client is one of Singapore's premier country clubs, renowned for its world-class golf courses, luxurious facilities, and exceptional service. They are looking for a Front Desk/ Receptionist to join their team now!

Job Details: 

• Salary: $1800 - $2200 (depends on experiences) 
• Working Days: 5.5 days work week 
• Working Location: Tanah Merah (Transport provided at Tampines and Bedok)  

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the golf booking system, including queue management and balloting.
• Handle the golf bookings for members, including cancellations and no-shows.
• Assist with the planning and execution of golf events and tournaments.
• Register members' guests and collect applicable fees.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Set up registration for club and private golf events.
• Prepare daily billing and complete day-end reconciliations for members, guests, buggies, advance bookings, and fines
• Assist in preparing golf rounds and statistical reports.
• Prepare tee time sheets for outside service staff, such as bag drop and starters/marshals.
• Address feedback from visitors or members, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
