Production Admin Assistant - #1089414

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to production department.
• Prepare planning schedule/ internal daily schedule/ MRP.
• Take Production meeting minutes and record.
• Prepare training materials and slides.
• Prepare worker daily overtime record.
• Check and replenish all necessary hand tools/items in production department.
• Schedule laser maintenance and handle internal sign out sheet.
• Other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal).
• Hands on experience with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
