Job Description:

Operation (To make sure the clinic is functional)

Appointments (patient flow)
Training of new nurses
Manage patient disputes
Work delegation
Knowledge of assisting different specialties.

Admin

Chas, Medisave & Insurance submission
Develop protocol

Manpower

To plan 2 months in advance for monthly manpower
Posting of daily nurses’ schedule for clinics with many nurses
On-site planning for last minute changes.eg: Overrun during lunch time or nurses not feeling well

Finance

Petty cash
Cash deposits
Daily queue report
Checking of Chas, Medisave & Insurance
Check on stocks ordering budget
