We are looking for fun, young, energetic and customer-centric individual to join our travel and leisure team as a Leisure Operations Executive Extraordinaire!

What You'll Do:

• Assist in planning and executing transfers, excursions, and travel packages for both groups and individuals.
• Ensure all services meet our high-quality standards and operational guidelines.
• Handle inquiries from clients and suppliers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Keep our system updated with all service requirements and confirmations.
• Coordinate with drivers and tour guides for seamless operations.
• Act as a liaison between airport representatives, tour desks, guides, and drivers.
• Prepare job orders, airport welcome signs, and welcome packs for our clients.
• Monitor office and emergency phone lines, responding to calls as needed.
• Record and investigate any incidents or complaints to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with reservation staff and partners to manage booking statuses.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure service delivery aligns with our standards.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by your manager.

What We’re Looking For:

Extraordinaire that is team player with a great sense of humor who enjoys working with others, exceptional communication skill that includes strong command of written and spoken English (bonus points for additional languages!).

We love tech savvy and organizational Ninja that's excellent at prioritizing tasks and staying calm under pressure with great attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Flexibility in work schedule including working on weekends and public holidays as needed during peak season is required. If you posses the above and have at least 1 year in inbound DMC/tour operations or a related hospitality/tourism field, with knowledge of Singapore destination, you might be the one that we are looking for!!!
