The Role

As part of our Strategic Planning and Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the smooth sales orders operation of Mitsubishi Electric, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will manage the full sales order processing cycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest quality standards of our products. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing & Data Entry: Generate and process sales orders, delivery orders, billing and collection orders, and credit/debit notes. Input and update SAP quotations, download air conditioning stock lists, and generate quotation summary reports to forecast stock needs for the aircon project sales team. Generate sales reports from SAP. 
  • Sales Reporting & Customer Support: Create invoices for payment and generate monthly payment reports for the project sales teams, monthly declaration of manual invoice reports, advance payments reports. Ensure smooth communication with third-party service providers to fulfill orders and manage deliveries.
  • SAP System Management: Input, review, and manage quotations in the SAP system to ensure all orders are captured accurately. Download and maintain reports related to sales data and stock information.
  • NEA Reporting & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the generation of NEA reports and assist in other reporting needs. Perform data extraction from SAP and assist in creating flowcharts or business structure narratives.

Your Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric’s Living Environment products, ensuring that you can support customers with relevant information.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions).
  • Strong attention to detail and a sensitivity to numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and a customer-centric mindset.

 

Your Skills

  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Good knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric Living Environment products.

 

Your Profile

  • Possess a Diploma or Nitec in Higher Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related business disciplines. 
  • At least 1 year in order processing/fulfilment, sales coordination function. 
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
  • Sensitive to numbers
  • A proactive learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • On-Job-Training will be provided for those without prior experience. 
  • Able to commit for 1-year contract duration.
