- Support The Company Core ERP System Usage.
- Well Verse in Writing SQL Languages Programs. (SP, Scripts)
- Server Administration Experience. (Virtual Machine)
- Provide IT Support to Users.
- Basic Hardware & Network Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in IT discipline.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in software/hardware support
- Able to work closely with users and vendors
- Ability to take up challenges as tasked and worked under pressure environment at times.
- Good communication skills and customer oriented approach
