Position title : Admin
Location: ESR BizPark @ Chai Chee (Bedok)
Working days & time: 44 hours a week
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 [depends to experiences] + AWS + Rewards + Annual company trip

Job Descriptions:

Attend to enquiries via Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp and Walk In
Checking and marking of class attendance
Handle daily and weekly reports
Coordinating Company Events
Managing the sale of merchandise, including conducting monthly inventory checks.
Ensure tidiness of the front desk area
Proficient in MS Office application, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Support with invoices processing and purchase order
