Kitchen Assistant / Helper - #1089215

Responsibilities:

• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
• Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards.
• Preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
• Organizing, sorting, storing and distributing food ingredients.
• Ensure work station is clean and well organized.
• Preparation of beverages according to recipe card.

Requirements:

• Basic food and hygiene certificate
• Some experience assisting in kitchens.
• Awareness of food health and safety regulations.

Working Time: 11am to 9pm
