Customer Service Officer/Executive - #1089211

Job Description: 

• Process mobile services such as SIM activations, line transfers, VAS, and re-contracting.
• Assist with billing queries, resolve issues, and perform billing adjustments when necessary.
• Answer customer inquiries, explain mobile features, and escalate requests to other departments as needed.
• Document all actions taken in the internal system for accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and WI, provide training, and update procedures as required.
• Meet customer experience targets and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and ensure timely ticket resolution in line with SLA (4-hour, 7-hour, 9-hour).
• Comply with health, safety, environmental, and security policies.
• Follow CMO guidelines to deliver quality customer service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in any discipline 
• Requires a minimum of 3 year of experience in a customer service environment  
• Able to speak and write fluent English  
• Good customer service and effective communication skills  
• Ability to handle difficult calls and emails in a professional manner  
• Display initiative and willingness to learn  
• Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple service requests with strict time limits on an ongoing basis  
• Familiar with MS Office 

Working hours: Mon-Fri , 8.30am-6pm 

1 year renewable contract
