Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marine Project Manager to lead and manage marine operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and innovation in all aspects of our marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic planning skills, a deep understanding of marine operations, and the ability to drive technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Systematic Planning & Oversight:
   • Develop and implement strategic plans for marine operations, aligning with organizational goals.
   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of marine teams and vessels.
2. Operations Management:
   • Manage marine construction vessels, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
   • Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless operations and timely project delivery.
3. Purchasing & Budgeting:
   • Develop and monitor budgets for marine operations.
   • Manage the purchasing system to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely procurement.
4. Safety & Compliance:
   • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards in all marine operations.
   • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
5. Innovation & Technology:
   • Identify and implement new technologies to enhance marine operations and construction.
   • Foster creativity and innovation within the team.
6. Record Keeping & Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed records of operations, budgets, and safety compliance.
   • Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, marine cabling or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing marine construction operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of vessel operations, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the marine industry.
