Process Specialist - #1089199

Duties & Responsibilities : 

• Perform Trouble shooting of process issue related to product 
• Analysis of product defective, and provide root cause and solution 
• Trial run on New Mold/Material 
• Setup Standard Molding Chart for production as a guideline 
• Improve cycle time with optimize setting, to increase productivity 
• To troubleshoot molding processes defect and material or equipment related issues. 
• Perform Mold viscosity study, cavity balancing study, process window study, gate seal study, cooling time study, injection peak pressure study to establish molding process window. 
• To perform Tensile pull force measurement, Push In & out measurement, visual inspection using 2x measurement scope and Loom test when required to collect data for analysis. 
• To assist Process Engineer in audits manufacturing processes, validate process efficiency, safety improvement and process optimization. 
• To assist Process Engineer to create a work instruction for process improvement and troubleshooting guide. 
• Any other project assignment or ad hoc duties assigned time to time.

Qualification, Experiences & Skills : 

• Diploma with 3-5 years of molding experience or NTC2 with at least 10 years molding experience.
• Experience Experienced in molding process optimization, process window development 
• Molding processing properties skills. 
• Fish bone diagram, data driven problem solving skills. 
• Microsoft office Excel, word and PowerPoint. 
• Candidate MUST have GOOD working altitude.
• Teamwork is a Must.
