Global Account Manager (Electronics Distribution) - #1089189

Responsibilities:

• Meet with assigned customers regularly to resolve problems, promote mutual success, determine satisfaction level and gain an understanding of their market needs, and be proactive in resolving problems.
• Manage key supplier and build excellent relationships with the key people.
• Develop and execute key supplier business plans for each assigned customer.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Heilind Field Organization any strategies and initiatives being implemented at the customer.
• Work in concert with the Global Product Team and the Global Account Coordinator to implement sales strategies and achieve stated goals

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of sales or relevant experience, preferably with global/regional coverage for interconnect components
• Good communication & presentation skill
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Good command of English
• Proactive, detail-minded, service oriented, and able to work under pressure
