Order Management Assistant (Shipping Coordination) - #1089186

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and shipping partners to arrange timely shipments for customer orders.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and prompt communication of any delays or issues.
• Manage shipping schedules, costs, and tracking information, ensuring all shipping details are updated in the system.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices.
• Work closely with the Merchandising and Purchasing team to ensure alignment on shipping schedules and order requirements.
• Generate and maintain reports on shipping performance, tracking shipment timing, delays, and costs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics support role.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
