Responsibilities:
- Perform conformance test of in-coming raw materials
- Conduct product and process micro-biological testing
- Perform analytical final product testing
- Ensure proper record keeping
- Assist QA Lead on plant’s quality program including Audits, HACCP, Pest Control, and Sanitation
- Assist QA Lead to drive down production defects and initiate improvement projects
- Up-keeping of laboratory equipment and upgrades
- Preparation of reports as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in food science or related field
- Able to commit in minimum 2-month contract role, role is convertible into perm
- Able to start work in short notice
- Work location: Boon Lay
- Working hours: 8am-5pm
