IT Support

For our office in Singapore, we are looking for someone who wants to join our skilled team of Customer Support professionals. The technologies we work with are mainly Windows Server, Azure, SQL, Microsoft 365 and our softwares, reMARK and Sedna.

This is a customer-facing position. You are expected to communicate directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand their issues and provide solutions.

Qualifications & experience

  • Formal training and/or experience in providing IT support.
  • Passionate about all things IT.
  • Communication skills in English. (Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good at solving complex problems.
  • Service-minded.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and effective support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, on-site, and remote channels.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage system infrastructure, servers, and networks, both on-premises and in Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with the development team to report and resolve software issues.
  • Oversee system changes, enhancements, and ensure quality assurance before deployment.
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
  • Support installation and configuration tasks as needed.
