Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of L&D processes to determine needs and ensure effectiveness of programs design, development and implementation.
- Create and drive multiple learning and keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development.
- To drive and embed the group’s culture, beliefs and nature.
- Able to facilitate and conduct internal trainings and orientations for new employees.
- Ensures that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
- Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships.
- Preparation of training budget, training plans and reports.
- Develops internal training program based on training plan for the year.
- Makes recommendations of internal and external teaching resources.
- Manage the learning and development team and its structure to develop competencies of the team.
- Good professional track record
- Good leadership skills
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
- Able to coach and guide team along by imparting knowledge and role modeling.
