As Brand Manager at The Lo & Behold Group, you will be the custodian of our brands, shaping and driving their narrative across all touchpoints. Working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and business, you will craft compelling brand stories, develop innovative campaigns, and ensure each concept aligns with the group's vision of delivering meaningful and memorable experiences. You will partner closely with marketing, creative, and operational teams to uphold and evolve the identity of our iconic venues while pushing boundaries in brand strategy.

As Brand Manager at The Lo & Behold Group, you will be the custodian of our brands, shaping and driving their narrative across all touchpoints. You will partner closely with marketing, creative, and operational teams to uphold and evolve the identity of our iconic venues while pushing boundaries in brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies for both existing and new-to-market brands.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights, translating these into actionable strategies.
- Define brand purpose, positioning, tone of voice, and value propositions for new and existing venues.
- Develop brand architecture strategies, key messaging frameworks, content and communication plans for both internal staff and external guests that extend from brand mission.
- Support Head of Brand in new business pitches, group marketing priorities (e.g. Recruitment, Culture) and concept development.
- Creative Stewardship
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns, from ideation to production.
- Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, and in-venue experiences.
- Drive innovation by exploring bold, new approaches to storytelling and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, operations, and creative teams to maintain brand integrity across customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Business Development teams and Venue Leaders to align brand strategies with commercial goals.
- Act as the bridge between creative execution and business strategy, ensuring that campaigns drive both brand equity and measurable ROI.
- Campaign Development
- Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Translate business and communication challenges into exciting creative briefs that result in work that is on brand and effective.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Adopt an entrepreneurial, growth-hacking approach to marketing.
- Brand Guardianship
- Act as the steward of The Lo & Behold Group’s brand guidelines, ensuring every execution reflects the group’s ethos and standards.
- Regularly audit brand assets and messaging, refining them to stay relevant and impactful.
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, strategic planning, or branding strategy roles within FMCG, hospitality, or creative agencies.
- Proven track record in crafting and executing impactful brand strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong strategic thinking, with an ability to translate insights into compelling narratives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and an eye for detail, paired with a pragmatic approach to achieving results.
- Basic understanding of design principles and visual communication.
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a strong advantage.
