As an HR Associate at Shopee, you will be allocated to a specific HR function, such as Employee Engagement and Recognition, Recruitment and Employer Branding, Learning and Development, or Talent Management. The exact domain you will focus on will be determined 1-2 months prior to your joining, based on the evolving needs of the organization and your personal preferences.
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any HR function, adapting to the organization's needs. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with senior HR leaders and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive our people's agenda.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver best-in-class HR programmes and initiatives in (but not limited to) the following domains to ensure continuous improvements in the team’s objectives, productivity and development:
- Employee Engagement and Recognition
- Recruitment and Employer Branding
- Learning and Development
- Talent Management
- Partner with line managers to provide advice and solutions for day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans
- Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of work
- Final year or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus
- Prior HR internship experience will be an advantage
- Able to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining appropriate attention to details and standards
- Goal-oriented, strong analytical skills
- Highly self-motivated, quick learner with positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
