You will be working on dashboards for research studies as a Data Office Intern under the Strategy Division.

[What you will be working on]

• Clean, merge and format large survey datasets using programming.
• Create and update aesthetically-pleasing dashboards for two key research studies - Customer Satisfaction Survey and National Reading Habits Study.
• Incorporate significance testing for key metrics into these two dashboards.
• Present dashboards to NLB management.
• Refine dashboards based on feedback.
• Assist with uploading of and manging permissions to view dashboards.
  
  
  

[What we are looking for]

• Students from Business Analytics/Data Science/Statistics or any related courses are preferred.
• Good numeracy skills, a keen sense of interest in dashboarding.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Tableau i.e. confident in calculated fields and setting up parameters, applying weights.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SPSS or other software for significance testing and data manipulation.
• Experience with designing and publishing dashboards that are pleasing aesthetically would be advantageous. You will be asked to give a show-and-tell of a Tableau dashboard you have built during the interview.
