Key Accountabilities

• Prepare the budget templates for regional consolidation.
• Assist the team in quarterly forecast and annual budget process by ensuring the completeness of data and reviewing the reasonableness of the local submissions.
• Assist in the Large Risk Approval Process and ensuring that the local business units are managing the counterparty exposures.
• Assist in the quarterly Group reporting in OneStream (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Intercompany balances).
• Coordinate with local business units to ensure quarterly submission is on time.
• Assist in the half yearly investment details submission and highlight any significant movements.
• Liaise with local business units and internal stakeholders on financial reporting matters.
• Assist in ad hoc report preparation and data compilation tasks assigned from time to time.
• Research, analyse and develop insights on market & competitive landscape, as well as key topics that could develop and grow Eastspring’s business.
• Articulate key findings in clear and concise manner for executive management’s consumption.
• Support the drafting of presentation materials on strategic projects, competitive benchmarking, or country business reviews

Experience / Qualifications

• University penultimate undergraduate / graduate with specialisation in Business (Banking & Finance) or Accountancy disciplines
• Prior relevant consulting and/or Finance experience in asset management companies, FP&A, Data Analytics and demonstrated knowledge on financial and investment products preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint, and Word, and knowledge in OneStream will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A strong team player and ability to communicate with different regions
• Good coordination, planning and project management skills
