Key Accountabilities

• To support the team in ensuring that the monitoring and management of vendor and service providers are done in line with Eastspring’s Vendor Governance framework
• To support the team in ensuring appropriate SLAs are well maintained and up-to-date.
• To support the coordination of regular service reviews and diligence of the vendors to confirm appropriateness of the arrangements.
• Support the team in several key initiatives, working through various teams within the COO functions, as well as, across all Operations functions regionally
• Support the team in maintaining and updating team documentation, processes, procedures and checklist etc.
• Support the team in the implementation of Project Optimus from a 3rd Party communication workstream perspective
  
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
• Well verse in Microsoft Office Applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. VBA / Workflow system knowledge is an advantage.
• Effective and good communications skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate team play and a will to win together
• Knowledge of the asset management industry would be useful
