District: Singapore
Contract type: Contractor
Work schedule: Full day
Are you a maritime / shipping SaaS expert ready to create impact & legacy in a space that's ripe for disruption?
Are you highly commercial, care deeply about your customers and excited by moving the needle for an impactful new business?
Backed by a top corporate player in this space, we are looking for Commercial Leaders / Interim Leadership Team members to engage on the next phase of build and GTM for a newly developed AI SaaS platform in the maritime space.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Customer Success, with significant exposure to maritime tech and the dynamics within, to propel this product forward to pilot stage and in-market scale.
**Please note this is an initial contract role, with potential to convert to being part of the long-term leadership team after this phase of engagement**
The Role:
Leading on Customer Success for this new venture, you'll act as an integral part of the interim founding team on product-market-fit activities and getting the commercial wheels spinning. You'll ensure an incredible experience for the early stage adopters and establish strong foundations for rapid scale.
Your principal responsibility will be to ensure the success of commercial pilots and their conversion into paid contracts. In the near-term, that means spending time onsite with our first set of pilot customers to hand-hold them through the adoption process, ensuring that barriers to adoption are flagged and addressed, and driving the contracting process to land the sale.
You will be embedded in this maritime project for :6 months. At the end of this project, you may find that this venture is "the one" you'd be excited about being a long-term leadership team member of.
Requirements
Our Promise:
Working with us will be energising. It will be challenging, entrepreneurial, sometimes scrappy, and deeply fulfilling. You will work with passionate, ambitious, action-oriented people, enthused by building businesses and having a positive impact on the world. You will be tasked with significant responsibilities. You will be valued, appreciated and believed in.
Our Values & Culture:
We strive to build and grow businesses that break new ground and unlock human potential through entrepreneurship. We want to deliver significant positive impact both for ourselves and to the world in which we live.
We have built a strong ethical code. It encompasses not just what we do, but how we do it. Our values can be summarised as: be entrepreneurial, be impactful, be kind. We believe that how you engage with people makes all the difference.
If much of this role resonates with you but you don't think you tick all the boxes, please apply anyway! We recognise different people have different confidence levels during applications and we wouldn't want this to stop us meeting you.
We recruit, employ, train and compensate regardless of race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status. We're committed to being a place where a diverse mix of talented people choose to come and thrive.

- Serendipity excites you. You're not afraid to trust your gut and test things out
- Above all else, you are entrepreneurial, impactful and kind
