Meet Your Team:

It’s not just about who you know. It’s about what you know about who you know. The APAC Partnerships team connects premium advertisers and publishers to serve our solutions: Playtime. By focusing on building lasting relationships, this team drives our ad platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users. Whether that’s with our new programmatic ad platform or Playtime ad unit.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the company's strategic plan for Korea, aligned with global business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share and drive growth.
  • Be the go To Person for the South Korea’s market
  • Win Korean mobile gaming advertisers in order to deliver business to our Korean app publishing partners
  • Client and Partner Engagement: Be the local point of contact for Korean publisher partners, and cultivate /maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales team of demand and supply to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion efforts.
  • Manage the P&L for Korea, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are optimally allocated.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement the company's strategic plan for Korea, aligned with global business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share and drive growth.
  • Provide regular reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to global headquarters.
  • Operations and Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.


Who you are:

  • A Team Player
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing technology, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and success in a senior management role.
  • Deep understanding of the Korean mobile advertising market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong network of contacts within the advertising and media industry in South Korea.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
