Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop comprehensive designs for retail environments, events, and exhibitions, from initial layouts to production-ready assets.
- Create high-quality renderings, technical drawings, and graphic designs tailored to the retail industry.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to present ideas, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop key visuals and social media content to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest multimedia technologies, industry trends, and innovative design solutions.
- Apply expertise in materials, production techniques, and space planning to ensure design feasibility and excellence.
- Coordinate with creative teams to deliver impactful design solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Provide detailed specifications and articulate design concepts clearly to ensure seamless implementation.
- At least 6 years of experience in event, exhibition, or retail design with a focus on the retail marketing industry.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Educational background in Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to lead large-scale projects and creative teams independently.
