Your Responsibilities

• Accountable for the daily workshop activity and repair flow of the After Sales department.
• Provide expert diagnostic analysis, with detailed technical instruction to aid client communications and streamline the repair process.
• Master the various mechanisms of the repair flow; including repair process, work in progress, batch and transfer frequency, priority management, date management, sequence of operations etc.
• Work alongside the technical team to repair Breitling watches, to achieve company productivity and global KPI targets.
• Monitor daily activity and the technical production, drive performance and encourage team motivation.
• Ensure quality standards following company methods, procedures and technical criteria.
• Oversee the company’s ERP software is used correctly for workshop tasks and monitor data integrity is maintained.
• Align the local repair activity with Breitling’s global After Sales Service policies and guidelines.
• Participate in all activities relating to the successful operation of the workshop.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; abide by government health and safety policies and procedures.
  
  

Your Profile

• Diploma in Watchmaking (WOSTEP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a similar role.
