Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices promptly and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process daily accounts receivable transactions, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor and address overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining an up-to-date aging report.
Support month-end closing activities, including transaction recording, posting journal entries, and assisting with bank reconciliations.
Generate and distribute monthly account statements to customers.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling emails, and answering phone calls.

Requirements:

Minimum "O" Level certification or equivalent; accounting-related qualifications are an advantage.
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
