The Private Client Relations Executive will be responsible for the overall private client experience by developing relationships with VICs and delivering personalized services as well as foster strong relationships with our high-net-worth clientele.
Job responsibilities
VIC Management:
- Supporting Store Managers and Client experts in building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIC clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail teams with VIC clients to support their inquiries and needs during special events
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to develop an exclusive VIC journey
- Develop a deep understanding of different regional VIC clients' preferences, tastes, and purchasing behaviors to advise better personalized journey
VIC Data Development:
- Support teams to drive high-end sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the private client segment by deepening the team’s knowledge of VIC trends.
- Working closely with the Omni and PCR Director to develop VIC Roadmap
- Develop and issue high-end and VIC tracker reports to the relevant stakeholders.
Brand Ambassador:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and luxurious experience that reflects the brand's ethos.
- Stay updated on the latest VIC trends in luxury goods, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer informed advice to the relevant stakeholders
PCR Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate VIC client profiles and purchase histories in salesforce systems to ensure seamless profiling and targeting.
- Closely following up on any VIC client re-assignment from stakeholders when needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of loyalty gifts
- Implement and follow up on VIC fashion show pre-order campaigns
Top Client Activation & Networking:
- Working with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute private client activations and experiences
- Collaboration with external stakeholders on high networth prospect acquisition
Profile
- Proven experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or similar high-end customer-facing role.
- Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in Client Development, prior experience in similar luxury fashion brand will be added advantage
- Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and high-net-worth customer expectations.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytics skill, numerically sensitive with Project Management expertise
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with international, multilingual stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and Power Point
