Responsibilities
- Preparation / Submission / Necessary documents to building management to obtained PTW
- Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation / submission / approval of shop and as-built drawings
- To ensure proper filling of minutes in Central Filling
- To prepare project handover documents
- Ant ad hoc duties assigned
Required skills and qualifications
- Relevant working experience in Construction / Interior Design fit-out work
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Able to work under pressure
- 'O' Level (or equivalent) and above in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently. (To liaise with mandarin speaking)
