Utility Engineer (LTA, 5.5 days) - #1087511

Working days: 5.5 days / 8am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), Sat 8am to 12pm

Roles & Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Utility Manager and ensure clear communication and updates on tasks.
• Facilitate coordination between subcontractors and the construction team for activities such as excavation, service diversions, and reinstatement works.
• Track and report on the progress of on-site construction works, ensuring alignment with planned schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out according to the approved plan, timeline, and quality standards.
• Verify that utilities and M&E works comply with statutory regulations, construction guidelines, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with other engineers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Undertake additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by the superior.

Job requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Utility Engineer, with exposure to relevant projects.
• Prior experience with LTA infrastructure projects will be a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems and M&E works.
