HR Manager - #1087508

Responsibilities: 

• Manage recruitment full process. 

• Manage and handle Work Pass applications/renewals 

• Preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters 

• Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll (headcount 80) and seeking approval from Management 

• Administer company’s HR system 

• Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system 

• Monitor changes in statutory policies. Propose action plans for Management on change of statutory policies. Oversee and update on company policies 

• Liaise with government bodies or relevant certification bodies on audit matters 

• Liaise with external auditors to support audit exercises whenever required 

• Annual employees' income submission to IRAS (IR8A) 

• Manage training and admin for employees 

• Support company events and festive decorations 

• Handle adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by Management. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 

• Good verbal & written communication in English 

• Min 5 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 

• Knowledgeable in employment act and labour legislation 

• A team player, interpersonal skill, knowledgeable in employment act and labour legislation 

• Proficient in Justlogin or similar HR software.
