HR Admin - #1087504

About the role

This is a full-time HR Admin role based in the Bukit Batok West Region, supporting the HR function at JYG Construction Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with various HR processes and procedures.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR records and files
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Helping to coordinate and organise HR-related events and training programmes
• Answering employee inquiries and providing HR-related information
• Maintaining and updating HR databases and documents
• Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Performing other general office administrative duties as required

What we're looking

• Administrative or HR support role experience in Singapore
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of HR practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Must demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin
• Malaysian are welcomed (Myammar/Burmese is not acceptable)
