Job Summary:

Manage various HR functions including HR metrics reporting, on-boarding & off-boarding processes, work pass related matter, employee promotions and other staffing related. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting organizational goals through effective HR management.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory surveys and compliance reports.
  • Handle the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage Organizational Change and Personnel Movement in SAP system, ensure accurate HR records, databases and documentation are in place.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and ensure the proper implementation of new roles and responsibilities.
  • Address other staffing-related matters, including yearly policy reviews, SOPs review, internal and external audits, and other related tasks.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Required skills / abilities:

  • Requires knowledge and understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations, such as the Employment Act and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP systems and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing related matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Seniority level depends on experiences.
