Make an Impact by:

Finance and Accounting

• Assist in preparation of journals for month end closing
• Assist in preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and intercompany GL accounts
• Updating of monthly financial performance slides and performing variance analysis
• Assist in operational admin matters such as preparation of provision of bank statements, processing of refunds to customers
• Assist on preparation of schedules and reports for auditors
• Processing invoices for payment
• Performing UAT on system enhancements and conduct regular testing to ensure that backend system accounting entries comply with accounting principles

Financial Planning and Budgeting

• Assist in quarterly budgeting and forecasting exercises

Business Partnering

• Liaising with CFUs on accounting and admin matters

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in Business Partnering, Accounting, Financial Planning
• Organised and meticulous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player who is able to work independently, and able to ability to manage different workstreams concurrently.
