Job description :
Provide support to the HR team in the process of hiring workers
Prepare the contract for workers
Manage work permits for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation).
Conduct orientation for newly hired workers.
Maintain workers' records and update them to the payroll system.
Handle the processing of payroll for workers
Handle cessation of employment and submit tax clearance form IR21 for workers.
Any adhoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
Experience in HR support roles of at least 2 years
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Capability to function independently and as part of a group
Knowledge of payroll software (Unit 4) is preferred
Preferably able to start work immediately
Singaporean only
