Client : Largest multinational information technology company headquartered in Singapore.
Job Summary : You will be joining as a customer care office to answer all the incoming enquiries regarding workforce policies and regulations.
Duration : Immediate - 1 Year Contract
Location : Ang Mo Kio (New Office !!!)
Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 8.30 am to 6 pm + Alternate Saturday, 8.30 am to 1.00 pm
Salary:  $2300 - $2600

Job Description:

• Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.
• Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures.
• List the pain points and make recommendation for changes/improvements.
• Build and maintain positive trust relationship by engaging customers in open interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers, including upskilling to broaden knowledge thus serving many different groups and types of labour related queries
• Be able to effectively manage high levels of stress. Highly motivated with the ability to work without supervision
  
  Requirements:
• MUST be comfortable with taking a high volume of calls
