Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to all enquiries and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service.
• Handle  gift, carpark and voucher redemptions
• Provide Wrapping services
• Provide directional assistance to shoppers.
• Handle feedbacks and suggestions
• Maintain and update database management daily
• Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE "N" Level
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or service related field
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week and rotating shifts

Additional Information:

• 9 hours shift daily
• Bi-weekly salary payout
• Paid training provided
• 2 locations: Somerset & Tanjong MRT
