Job Scope
- Ensuring daily smooth operations 
- Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)
- Handling emergency situations as and when required 
- Work closely with Operations Manager on Business Continuity plans, fire drills, evacuation exercises
- Perform service recovery where necessary
- Other duties as when assigned

Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
- Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
- Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
- Good communication skills

Working Location / Hours
- Botanic Garden
- 7.30am - 7.30pm / 7.30pm - 7.30am
