About the role

Join P & E Technical Services Pte. Ltd. as a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Woodlands North Region. As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of construction projects
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise
• Attend tool box meetings, meetings initiated by main contractors, coordination meetings, and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, project specification, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients
• Mentor and develop a team of project engineers, supervisors and safety supervisors
• Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction

What we're looking for

• A diploma / degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a plumbing and sanitary field
• Minimum 3 years of experience (plumbing and sanitary) in a similar project management role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
