Senior/Executive, Human Resources (HR Reporting) - Aviation, Airline House - #1087377

At SASS (Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd), we are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong expertise in data reporting and analysis to join our expanding team.

Working alongside the HR team, you will be responsible for all HR related reports, presentations and other HR project duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs.
• Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
• Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws
• Prepare reports of data results and present findings to SHRM.
• Execute tasks in HRIS (Timesoft) and oversee HR data integrity.
• P-File Management; ensure full digitalization of HR documents.
• Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
• Other HR projects and tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity and payroll experience
• Meticulous and attentive to detail
• Strong excel and reporting skills 
• Prior experience in Timesoft is advantageous
