Job Description

 

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities

  • Research and identify new markets, industry trends, and potential clients.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base.

 

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation

  • Provide compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts aligned to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to finalize contracts and ensure compliance. 

 

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct periodical market research to be up to date of the industry dynamics, competitor offerings, customer needs and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to business development strategies.

 

Operational day to day 

  • Ensure the efficiency and consistency of the day to day operations 
  • Track and document progress of daily operations, and analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
  • Provide prompt assistance to address client concerns or issues to maintain a wholesome partnership.
  • Ensure that staff are well equipped with the relevant skillsets to handle the day to day operational flow.

 

Brand Awareness Effort 

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote brand awareness and drive sales.

 

  • Assist with any other duties or projects assigned by the reporting officer.

 

Job Requirement 

  • O-Level education or a higher qualification, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients and teams at various levels.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and competitor analysis, and develop effective business development strategies.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, with a strong goal orientation and execution capabilities.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Strong experience in managing client relationships, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
