Job Description:
- Working location: Bedok MRT
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) | Saturday (9am to 2pm) - 5.5 days work week
- Salary: Up to $2,500/month + completion bonus + transport allowance
- Benefits: Medical claims, company holidays
- Job duration: 1 year contract, extendible and convertible
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of calls from customers
- Resolve and provide assistance in a timely manner
- Give excellent and professional customer service to all callers
- Data entry of customers' information and questions
Requirements:
- Service oriented
- Comfortable with speaking to many people
- Minimum O Level
- Singaporeans only
