Manage all business development aspects of Huawei’s partnerships in Singapore, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.
The role will balance distribution sales, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.
Partner Sales Manager in acting as the liaison between Huawei and its distribution partners will be responsible for:
- Managing the local distribution partners to meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to Huawei’s sales rules of engagement
- Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
- Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
- Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with Huawei’s partners; to include managing the RFP process.
- Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
- Defining and executing partner sales plans
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field prefer candidate with ICT industry related experiences.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales experience with good network of Distributors and Channel Partners
- Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
- Business administration competence.
