Interior sales designer / Senior interior sales designer - #1087338

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales team for clients’ needs for preparing on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production
• Responsible to propose and design new concepts according to customers' desired needs.
• Propose suitable  materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc.
• Assist to oversee the progress of assigned project in terms of drawings 
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to designers throughout the design process, ensuring designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Provide visionary leadership to the interior design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• To attend the site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client    

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related field (2 years of experience are welcome to apply) 
• Previous experience in Landed or Commercial interior design projects.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AutoCad and 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office.
• Possess a strong flair for design concepts and details.
• Must be independent and sales oriented
