SAP
- Providing level 1 and 2 support for any SAP operational issue.
- To participate in any SAP project activity deemed as reasonably required by users.
- Work together with cross-functional teams, vendors/ business partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Research and explore more Application Technologies, Functionality and availability.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- To participate, coordinate and support for implementation and post- implementation of new requests for SAP.
- Provide training to users, as and when needed, using the available training materials and UAT documents. Transfer of knowledge and provide training to users to build additional capacity.
ERP Existing Application Redevelopment and New Application Development
- To participate, coordinate and support for implementation and post-implementation of new requests of existing application redevelopment and new application developments.
- Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on the requirements.
- Work with vendors or rest of IT team members to ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets the specified criteria.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Create detailed requirement documentation if needed.
- Provide training to users, as and when needed, using the available training materials and UAT documents.
ERP System Integration Projects
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users

Special Project Related with ERP System
- Identify opportunities for adopting new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance IT, SAP and BI capabilities.
- Identify areas for optimization, recommend process changes, workflow modifications, and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity, and participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 to 3 years related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modelling tools.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with ERP or manufacturing industry experience would be preferred.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel)
- SAP Functional module certification is often beneficial.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is often beneficial.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies.
