Job Description
Provide advisory to facilitate the employment of manpower
Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures
List down the pain points and make recommendation for improvements
Build and maintain trust relationship by engaging with customers
Manage concurrent workstreams

Job Requirements
Able to handle high volumes of calls
Prior experience in call centre is preferred
Min N levels
