Production / Manufacturing Supervisor (UP$3000 / Semicon / Fulltime)- DC - #1087303

Job Highlights: 
Production Supervisor 
Location: Ang Mo Kio 
5.5 Days Work Week (Fixed Shift 7am -3pm / 3pm - 11pm) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide production operators, ensuring output and production plans are met on schedule.
• Assign and schedule resources effectively, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Prepare handler equipment to manage production capacity constraints.
• Work with customer dispositions for Hold and Low Yield lots; handle retests, reject management, ICOS scans, 100% OQA inspections, and customer-specific releases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, upholding safety standards and regulations.
• Drive and/or support lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other Shift Leaders for seamless production handovers.
• Provide support on machine troubleshooting and assist technicians with recovery of basic machine issues.
• Partner with process engineering teams on projects to enhance cost-efficiency, yield, and machine UPH.
• Continuously refine processes and operating systems to improve production practices.
• Undertake tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading technical staff.
• Hands-on experience in test production manufacturing, including mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (8-hour or 12-hour shifts, day and night).
