Production Team Lead [North | Up 2800 + AWS + VB | 5.5 days | Fixed Shift ] RRBY - #1087301

Location: Ang Mo Kio 
5.5 Days Work Week (Fixed Shift 7am -3pm / 3pm - 11pm) 

Job  Responsibilities:

• Report to the Production Supervisor and lead production operators.
• Ensure timely completion of production plans and output requirements.
• Allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Prepare handler equipment to meet capacity needs.
• Handle customer disposition for Hold/Low Yield lots (retest, ICOS scan, 100% OQA/inspection).
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead or support lean and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Shift Leaders for smooth production handovers.
• Assist technicians with machine troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with process engineers on cost, yield, and machine efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical support for basic machine issue recovery.
• Update systems and procedures by analyzing and implementing changes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading technical staff.
• Hands-on experience in test production manufacturing, including mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (8-hour or 12-hour shifts, day and night).
