Job Duties
- Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
- Proper recording of feedback and information into system
- Handling enquiries from public on matters relating to import / quarantine requirements
- Receiving and acknowledging handling over form of incoming animals (mainly pets) from ground handling officer
- Ensure reception, lounge, and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Support document preparation, sorting, and filing, ensuring proper record management
- Crowd control management due peak hours
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
- Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
Additional Info
- Mondays to Fridays: 0900 to 1830
